Return Policy

All products sold through merciwil.com have a 24 hours return policy from the date of invoice.

Returned products must be in original condition and unused. The buyer must inform us at merciwil.com within 24 hours period as of the INVOICE DATE of the product being returned.

merciwil.com will confirm with the buyer of returning arrangement and the buyer must ship the product back to merciwil.com at his/her own cost.
